This week is all about building your foundation.
We repeat the same core movements each day so your body can actually learn them, adapt to them and respond faster. Each class is sequenced deliberately so the order compounds the strength pattern inside your core.
No equipment needed and each move is held for 30 seconds so you can fully drop into the work without rushing. You can also layer this class with any other class in the app if you want to create a longer session or more daily volume.
