This 26 minute deep core class is all about slow, intentional strength. We move through controlled, mat based exercises designed to activate the deep abdominal layers that support posture, stability, and long term strength. Think less rushing, more connection. Every movement has purpose, and nothing feels forced. This is an intermediate class, but you’re always encouraged to listen to your body and take breaks when needed. No equipment required, just your mat and a little focus. Perfect for days when you want to feel strong, supported, and quietly challenged without overwhelming your nervous system.
