This is a full body barre class with a strong emphasis on legs, glutes, and deep core work.
We use the mini ball throughout to deepen muscle engagement and challenge stability, with optional ankle weights if you want to level things up. Movements are slow, intentional, and very effective, focusing on sculpting strength rather than speed.
This is an intermediate class that leans spicy, perfect if you want to feel worked without high impact or chaos. You will leave feeling tall, strong, and deeply switched on through the lower body and core.
Great for days when you want intensity, definition, and that post barre glow.
